"Today was weigh in day and I have lost 23kgs. I have not been this weight in years so thank you Kate Fenner for your wonderful programme and support. Sure, I can feel it in my clothes and wear clothes that I haven’t worn in years. And people are noticing. But for me the most thrilling thing was today I rode in a dressage saddle that I hadn’t ridden in for a couple of months. At the beginning of the year I was ballooning out all over the place and was jammed in and oozing out - teetering precariously on top of the horse. A few weeks ago it was better but still a bit snug and today well I had buckets of room and felt like the rider I was twenty years ago in the saddle. I am over the moon and actually was very surprised at feeling that way on a horse again."

"I’m already seeing an improvement. I started with next to no strength for leg lifts/flutter kicks/reverse crunch etc, but can do it now….not comfortably and with pauses, but getting better. It is reflecting in my riding. I seem to be finding it easier to centre, canter with rhythm and anticipate my horse's movements better. I’m riding straighter, less shoulder forward and have more energy to push through the ugly bits to a calmer, collected horse instead of a pulling machine (Champ after a long break). Thank you."
