Kandoo-Lyons Proposal
Josh, what I'm proposing is that I add some of your existing material (your DVDs) to my flagship product, Kandoo GOLD Lifetime Membership, and re-brand the product as Kandoo-Lyons.
In addition to adding your DVDs to my online training course, it would be good if you could attend some post-launch meetings to talk with the new members.
I would also like to do a LIVE event with you each year, Kandoo-Lyons LIVE, but this is an extra item that we can discuss and not essential to the basic Kandoo-Lyons Membership.
All of the computer work will be done by me and you will not be required to do anything other than send the link and information out to your list.
I will visit USA at least once each year and we can make training videos at this time to add to the Kandoo-Lyons as we see fit. All of the material in the Kandoo GOLD membership has been made by me and all of the backend computer work is done by me alone.
Overall, the only cost to you would be your time (for the meetings) and supplying your DVDs and any other material you'd like to have on the membership page. As an affiliate member you then receive 50% of all sales coming from your affiliate link - your list or contacts.
The following explains it in more detail but I'm happy to discuss it with you via Zoom meeting at any time.

Requirements

*Attend some virtual meetings post launch to talk to members (no cost to you)
*Yearly LIVE weekend symposium, if we decide to do these (we will share the cost of venue hire but travel to be met personally)
How it works
I provide you with an affiliate link at the time of each launch. Anyone using that link, that purchases within the following 30 days, will be accredited to you and you will receive 50% of the sale.
Kandoo-Lyons will be launched three times a year and I will make launch material that you can send to your contacts via your affiliate link. Click here for an example of the material - this is my previous launch.
I suggest we hold a LIVE event each year if you'd like to do so (possibly starting in the USA and doing alternative years in Australia and moving to other markets such as UK and South Africa). The purpose of the LIVE event, a weekend symposium, is to demonstrate our training to a large audience, get more Kandoo-Lyons members and provide potential members with an incentive to join (one event is free with membership).

Kandoo Equine 2020 and Beyond
My PhD will be completed early 2020. After this time I plan to travel extensively, both here in Australia, to the USA and Europe.
I will focus my efforts on my flagship product, the Kandoo GOLD (or Kandoo-Lyons if you decide to go ahead) membership and also be promoting my Off-The-Track Passport Training Program, my Eat, Ride, Love Course and the charity, WHITE (still being formed).
